LGE Design Build is formed in Phoenix, built around single-source control of design, entitlement and construction.
2014
LGE launches its own architectural division, bringing design fully in house.
2018
David Sellers and Bob Agahi found Creation Equity, starting with a single logistics project in West Phoenix.
2021
N101 Commerce Center in Glendale, 389,000 SF of logistics product on the Loop 101 corridor, sold in April. The first realization from the Creation platform, in a sub-market the firm still develops in today.
2021
First exit in Texas, 820 Exchange, a 950,000 square foot logistics development in Haltom City, Texas, sells to CBRE at a record price for the market.
2023
Airpark Logistics Center, a 1.4 million square foot logistics campus adjacent to Phoenix Goodyear Airport, sells to Prologis.
2024
Mesquite 635, an infill logistics development in east Dallas pre-leased to Frito-Lay, sells to KKR.
