The two-phase project delivers more than 2.7 million square feet of Class A industrial space at full build-out, meeting strong market demand for both cross-dock and rear-load distribution facilities. The first phase, designed and built by LGE Design Build, features three buildings totaling over 1.44 million square feet, while the second phase offers 84 acres of build-to-suit land. The development emphasizes efficient circulation, flexible layouts, and modern building design to support a wide range of industrial users.
